How does Vapura work?

After sign up, build your profile so we can get a better understanding of what the best package is for you. Our team of experts will then put together a hardware and e-liquid bundle and get it shipped out to you straight away. Then once a month you’ll receive a delivery with new e-liquids and hardware replacements.

How do I get started?

Simply complete the registration form and build your profile. You will be redirected to Authorize.Net payment solutions to handle payment. Before first shipment is sent we do require a photo ID to verify the subscriber is 18+. No orders will be shipped before verification. After that, we take care of the rest. Join Now

Do you have to be over 18 years of age to subscribe to Vapura?

Yes. In order to avail of our service you must be over 18. After initial sign up, you must upload government issued photo ID in the members section before your first order. Failure to do so will result in first delivery being indefinitely withheld.

What if I already have a vaporizer?

All our packages include a free* vaporizer. The reason we do this is to offer you unrivalled hardware support in our specialised range, so we highly recommend using the hardware provided. You are more than welcome to use your existing vaporizer, but you won’t receive any heating coils or back up parts should that one break.

What kind of payments do you accept?

We accept payments with any major credit or debit card. All payments are handled securely by Authorize.net Payment Solutions and no credit card information is stored by Vapura Subscriptions.

I didn’t like using an e-cigarette after signing up, can I return it?

Yes, all our subscriptions come with a 10 day money back guarantee. If the service isn’t for you, simply post back all the contents of your package. Any unopened e-liquid bottles will be refunded and a 15 euro handling fee will be charged for the use of the vaporizer.

What are your support hours?

Our phone and in store support hours are 10am-10pm Mon-Sun. We aim to reply to all email support queries within 4 hours.

When do I make my first payment?

First payment is made during initial sign up. All new sign ups will have their first package shipped out within 24 hours of ID verification.

When will I be billed after that?

Your subsequent payments will be every month on the same date as initial payment. Your package will be shipped on the first Monday or Wednesday following this date.

Can I change my membership?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your memberships at any time. Simply log in to your profile to change it.

Does Vapura ship internationally?

At present, Vapura only ships to the Republic of Ireland but will be looking to add international delivery in the future.
